With over 20 years as an executive leader in the Mental Health, Employment, Housing, and Seniors Sectors following her earlier years as an accountant in the private sector, Tricia has lived experience in practicing, implementing, embedding, and sustaining responsive leadership within organizational behaviour and culture through training, mentoring, and performance management with professional staff, leaders, and systems.
Through her role as CFO and professional accountant, she also has a first-hand bird’s eye view of the financial significance, risk reduction, and staff engagement driving improved outcomes for children, youth, and families through responsive communication.
